Over the past few months I’ve been busy designing covers for the publishing company Liberties Press. One of the titles I designed was Malcolm Orange Disappears. Jan Carson, the author, has recently interviewed me for her blog. Check it out!

My latest commission was a really lovely illustration to work on. I was asked to combine a series of elements into a coat of arms that was a little more dynamic than the rigid designs you typically see. It was a lot of fun to design, very glad I was asked to do it.

Currently hard at work on some commissions which I’ll be putting up later. So for now, my illustration inspired by the Russian fairy tale Vasilisa the Beautiful will have be put on the back burner for a short while. One of my illustrations was chosen to be part of the Celebrate Your Moment – Moment Watches project. I gave my permission for the illustration to be altered to fit in with the design of the watch face. The original illustration can be found here.
Final image for the Secret 7″ competition. For this brief we were asked to design a record sleeve for one of seven songs listed on the website. I chose to design an image for Laura Marling’s song The Beast.
